FREE Film Screening of To Err is Human

With the release of the new 2018 patient safety documentary, To Err is Human, Health Action Council will be convening a film screening and panel discussion event at The City Club of Cleveland. Join us to create awareness around medical errors and patient safety. Heavy appetizers, alcoholic beverages and Campbells popcorn will be provided. We hope to see you at this event!
