Come and experience an evening of farm to table food and a curated array of beer, ciders and meads presented and hosted by The BottleHouse Brewery. Colin Brown of Gifted Grass Farms will be discussing the benefits of locally sourced meat. Chef Rasul Welch will be discussing using the whole animal in the kitchen. Brewmaster, Brian Benchek, and mead/cider maker, Jason Kaligracas, will be giving tours of the brewery. The pork being served this evening comes from Colin’s farm.
