Family Fishing Day Workshops

Join Doan Brook Watershed Partnership and Cleveland Metroparks Youth Outdoors for fun, family-friendly fishing. We are hosting two fishing workshops, even though the pandemic prevents us from bringing back the full-scale event again this year. We will be giving away free bait and rods to all participants! We’ll cover the basics from tackle and technique to casting, fish ID, and handling. We’ll also show you how to clean and prepare your catch from the stocked catfish and bluegill in beautiful Rockefeller Lagoon.
