Editorial Cartooning Workshop with Tara Seibel

Join nationally published cartoonist and illustrator Tara Seibel for a political cartooning workshop. In addition to collaborating with the late Harvey Pekar, Seibel’s editorial cartoons and graphic stories have appeared in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Cleveland Scene, and more. Participants will identify a current news story and create a political cartoon related to their chosen theme. The workshop will guide participants through effective usage of cartooning vocabulary and pictorial language. Adults of all skill levels welcome, but registration is required.
