Ecstatic Chanting with Enchanted Hearts

Join Shadybrook, Inc. and Enchanted Hearts on Friday, July 27 at 7 p.m. at East Shore Unitarian Universalist Church for an evening of ecstatic chanting. Based on devotional chanting known in northern India as kirtan and in southern India as bhajan, Enchanted Hearts will lead us in a simple form of call and response. Through this repetitive musical prayer, the mind is cleared of worry, doubt, fear and all limiting concepts. The joy of peace and infinite love is given to the practitioner, and transmitted through the world by sound vibration. Tickets for this event are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
