Join us for a friendly 4 mile run through Cleveland! Altra Running will be there with demo shoes for you to try out on the run! We will explore a marked course through the Flats, Public Square, and take in the best views of the city! Get fit and make new run friends. All runners enjoy free Dogfish Head beer after the run. Try out their new low carb Slightly Mighty IPA. The crew from lululemon will be in the house! Stay after for friends, healthy food, and good times. All paces welcome. Newbie friendly. Good vibes.
