The CJO kicks off its 2018-2019 season commemorating the music and times of this pivotal year in American history. Selections for this season’s opening concert will be culled from Oliver Nelson’s “The Kennedy Dream,” Herbie Hancock’s “I Have A Dream,” Maynard Ferguson’s “MacArthur Park.” More of the story of 1968 will unfold when CJO is joined onstage by a gospel choir from the Cleveland School of the Arts.
