DNA Discovery Support Group

This peer support group is for individuals who have found or been found by family through commercial DNA testing (e.g., Ancestry.com, 23&Me). It welcomes those with connections to adoption, donor-conception, or unexpected parentage discoveries. The group offers emotional support for navigating the complex and often overwhelming impact of DNA discoveries on identity, relationships, and self-perception. While not a replacement for therapy or a forum for technical DNA discussions, the group aims to help members integrate these life-changing findings into their lives by sharing experiences and supporting one another on their journeys.
