Division Rivalry

So the Vikes of CSU aren’t exactly the powerhouse team we’re accustomed to this year, but at 6-6, with a few kinks yet to work out, they’re still a competitor in the Horizon League. They’ve been matched up against major conference competitors these past few weeks and have fared, eh, okay. (Their matchup against VCU occurred after press time). Tonight at the Wolstein Center, go see the Vikings take on the Panthers from the University of Milwaukee, a conference rival. As of this writing, the 6-6 Vikes have a slight leg up, but Horizon League play is always scrappy and entertaining. Tipoff’s at 7 p.m. and tickets can be purchased for as little as $10 at the CSU Athletics website. (Allard)
