Dirty Drinks!

Bottoms up, carbon down! Healthy soil on farms makes for better food on our plates — and the same is true for our favorite drinks! From agave to rye, coffee berries to wine grapes, the best sips start at farms that prioritize soil health. From 08/25-09/01, visit participating Cleveland businesses to taste creative twists on a “dirty drink.” Whether it’s a fresh take on a martini or a conceptual compost-inspired libation, all “dirty” drinks include a $1 contribution to farmers for compost, cover crop planting, and projects that turn dirt into healthy soil.
