Cupid in the CLE! Featuring Jiggs Whigham and Evelyn Wright

Our annual Valentine’s Day shows are among our most popular every year. This year we’re pairing the incomparable trombonist Jiggs Whigham with beloved CJO vocalist Evelyn Wright. Jiggs has had an incredible career starting at age 17 with Glenn Miller, time with the Stan Kenton Orchestra, countless recordings and positions as a leader, performer and professor in Germany. And of course, no one can render a ballad and also swing as hard as Evelyn.
