Culture Yourself will be a comprehensive sampling of beers OR wines paired with cheeses from around the world, as well as some other fabulous offerings. Brewers and cheesemakers will be on hand to discuss their craft and help guide you to the very best pairings. Live acoustic blues courtesy of local favorite Austin Walkin’ Cane and the beautiful riverside brewpub views will accompany your journey through this awesome beer and cheese pairing event!
