Les Dames D’Escoffier, Cleveland’s association of female culinary professionals will hold a benefit celebrating the women who help make the West Side Market the dynamic culinary treasure it is today. All proceeds will benefit the Northeast Ohio Green Tables Initiative of Les Dames d’Escoffier such as the Junior Chefs Program at the Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy, North Union Farmers Market and Veggie U’s Earth To Table Initiative.
