Ingenuity's Cocktail Party Redux will feature four stations exploring the science and history behind beer, wine, and cocktails, along with a lineup of trendy tidbits from the bistro's chef-owner Matthew Mathlage. Meanwhile, as if to justify the ongoing assault on your brain cells, you can chat with the organizers and planners behind the 2011 IngenuityFest, which returns to the lower level of the Detroit-Superior Bridge September 16 through 18.
