In honor of MOCA Cleveland’s current exhibition, Ferran Adrià: Notes on Creativity, organizers have arranged a special evening discussing both the history and current state of mixology. The Cocktail: Origins and Evolution includes a panel discussion moderated by master sommelier Matthew Citriglia. Panelists include award-winning bartender Cris Dehlavi, Velvet Tango Room owner Paulius Nasvytis, Black Pig chef/owner Michael Nowak and Watershed Distillery’s Dave Rego. During the event, you’ll have an opportunity to sample MOCA’s award-winning cocktail created for Notes on Creativity. The panel discussion and tasting begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the public and $10 for MOCA members. (Josh Usmani)
