Come be a part of the 13th annual Global No Pants Subway Ride! Started by New York City's Improv Everywhere, Cleveland is now one of over five dozen cities around the world awesome enough to pull off a few hours of public pantslesness with panache. Bring the neighbors, bring the kids, and bring $5 if you don't already have your own RTA pass.
