Cleveland Ballet World Premiere of Coppelia

Cleveland Ballet’s spring production will be a fully realized world premiere of Coppélia. The ballet, based on the writings of E.T.A. Hoffman, tells the comic story of Swanhilda and Frantz whose carefree romance is threatened when Frantz becomes infatuated with the beautiful life like doll, Coppélia. Choreographed by world renowned Ramon Oller. Born in Barcelona, Oller, a dancer, choreographer and actor, is known for his prestigious career working with some of the most celebrated international dance companies.
