Join the Cleveland Ballet at Playhouse Square for three performances of Coppélia, a comic ballet based on the works of E.T. A. Hoffmann. Audiences will be captivated by the timeless tale of Dr. Coppélius, the mysterious inventor, whose lifelike creations — particularly, the beautiful Coppélia — are the talk of the town. Jealousy and curiosity overwhelm a young village girl, Swanilda, when she catches the eyes of Franz, her fiancé, wandering away and towards Coppélia.
Choreographed by the world-renowned talent Ramón Oller, this brilliant production, suitable for audiences of all ages, returns to Cleveland by popular demand.
