The folks from the Cleveland International Film Festival will screen some of best of the best movies from their CIFF40 Short Film Award Winners. The 90-minute program will feature five short films and provide a sampling of some of the most celebrated selections at the CIFF. The screening takes place at 7 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre. Tickets are $15, $13.50 for CIFF members. (Niesel)
