An event for chocolate lovers!! Come visit all the bars and restaurants in Downtown Willoughby and sample some wonderful chocolate infused foods. Locations will also be offering a drink special, specially priced for ticket holders, to go along with the food. Ticket holders will be given a wristband and passport to show they are a part of the event. Check in location to be determined.
