Charlie Proctor is an American singer, songwriter, and recording artist from Cleveland, Ohio whose velvety but powerful voice is his lead instrument. Charlies sound mixes elements of singers like Jason Mrazs blend of laid-back melodic pop with stylistic nods toward folk and soft rock with the sophistication and richness of classical music tones, having studied four years with the Cleveland Orchestra Childrens Chorus.
