Cellos and Violins

Hosted by Maryann Nagel, the PNC Musical Rainbow is geared for kids ages 3 to 6 and aims to introduce orchestral instruments to them one at a time in a fun and interesting way. Today’s theme is Cheerful Cello and Vibrant Violin. Each session is 30 minutes long and features kid-friendly tunes. The kids will sing and clap along while guests and musicians from the Cleveland Orchestra demonstrate how their instruments are used. The two sessions today take place at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the Reinberger Chamber Hall at Severance Hall. Tickets are $7. (Trenholme)
