CCWA 2015 Speaker Series Kick Off Event: A Changing Cuba and its Implications for the United States

Ted Piccone will discuss the changes that have been taking place in Cuba and what that could mean for the U.S. relations. Mr. Piccone is a senior fellow with the Project on International Order and Strategy and Latin America Initiative in the Foreign Policy Program at Brookings Institute. His research is focused on global democracy and human rights policies, U.S.-Latin American relations, emerging powers, and multilateral affairs.
