BUTI Yoga Introductory Wrokshop

Join instructors Tanya Henkel and Carlena Terese for an introduction to the thriving practice of BUTI Yoga. 6-7:30pm. $10 advance, $12 at the door. Bring mat and get ready to move! Parking is available for free behind the building - any of the spots inside the gated area. You will enter through the dock entrance in the rear, and we will take you up in our elevator to the 5th floor. Buti Yoga, a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out.
