Last summer, the Music Box Supper Club teamed up with locally based oWOW Radio for a summer-long Happy Hour Concert series that took place every Wednesday. The series featured up-and-coming national and local acts, and oWOW Radio aired the concerts live. Tonight, the Music Box and oWOW will launch a third season of the Happy Hour Concert Series. Like previous years, most of the shows will highlight up and coming Northeast Ohio-based artists, and as with previous years, there will be a few acts from out of town. The internet radio station will air the concerts, and they'll also be carried on Facebook and Instagram Live. Both the audio and video of the performances will be archived and available on demand. Brock & Agro, a roots rock act from New Jersey that got its initial major exposure in Cleveland through what concert organizer John Gorman describes as “a series of unanticipated dots that were connected from New York and New Jersey to Cleveland, which led to their exposure and airplay,” kicks things off.
