Bread and Puppet: The Upside Down World Circus

AltFestEvents presents Bread & Puppet Theater’s The Upside Down World Circus at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea—its only Northern Ohio–Western Pennsylvania appearance on this fall tour. The outdoor spectacle combines giant puppets, stilt dancers, papier-mâché beasts, live brass music, slapstick, pageantry and topical satire. Following the performance, Bread & Puppet will share its traditional sourdough rye bread with the audience and offer its famous “Cheap Art.” General admission is $20, children under 12 are free, and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
