Body of Work: Dialogues on Dance Featuring Pam Tanowitz and Dancers

For the past 15 years, New York-based choreographer Pam Tanowitz has become known for her post-modern movement style that "challenges stylistic expectations, conventions of composition and even the concert-going experience itself by adding her own unique spin." Recently named this year's recipient of the Baryshnikov Arts Center's Cage Cunningham Fellowship, she'll be on hand tonight at the Allen Theatre for "an intimate evening of dance and conversation" that takes you behind the scenes for a peak at what goes on before the curtain goes up.
