BlueWater Chamber Orchestra

BlueWater Chamber Orchestra opens its ninth season with an afternoon concert at The Breen, featuring the magic of Mozart and the French horn.  Cleveland Orchestra hornist Richard King is the virtuosic soloist in two masterpieces written for the instrument.  Audience favorite Daniel Meyer returns to lead the orchestra in Dumbarton Oaks, Stravinsky’s nod to the Brandenburg Concertos of Bach.  Closing the program is the exciting El Amor Brujo by Manuel de Falla.  Spanish rhythms abound as mezzo-soprano Corrie Stallings sings this tale of spellbound love.
