Any Means Necessary will open a one-day pop-up store today from noon to 9 p.m. at Classic Tattoo. The event will off clothing, exclusive Flash Art signed prints and an exclusive Cleveland only collection. For the first time ever, attendees can get an exclusive palm size tattoo designed by Any Means Necessary's co-owner Shawn Coss for $100.
