Tonight’s Bourbon Dinner at the Hard Rock Rocksino is billed as “a unique dining experience” at Kosar’s Wood-Fired Grill. It features a four-course dinner that includes a wild mushroom risotto cake as an appetizer and items such as shaved kale baby green salad and roast duck.
