A Wine Palate Development Seminar - Mind Your Angles & Rounds

Join us for a multi-media exploration of the concepts of balance and elegance. We live in a loud world at a loud time. Things clamor more and more for bits of our attention, getting ever noisier and more neon as the years go by. Colors are brighter, flavors more obvious, music sharper and more produced than ever. We will explore the concepts of balance and elegance as they pertain to Wine. Examples from art, music and cuisine will be brought in to add to our conversation. Each class will include a component tasting and consideration of 6 different wines.
