This spring, the Cleveland Foundation’s Creative Fusion international artist residency program focuses on Cuba. For the first time in the program’s history, it will bring artists together artists from one specific country. Local organizations will host these artists throughout the spring. To introduce its resident artist to Northeast Ohio, the Cleveland Print Room hosts a special brunch event with Cuban artist Sandra Ramos from 11 a.m. to noon today. Join Ramos and Cleveland Print Room Executive Director Shari Wilkins for a discussion about the artist, her work and her home. Following this free, public event, the Cleveland Print Room hosts a special Members Appreciation Day from noon to 5 p.m. Open exclusively to CPR members, the event includes free use of the darkroom and a casual member photo critique. The event is sponsored by Breadsmith of Lakewood. (Usmani)
