A Painting Workshop

Cleveland native Paul Beel returns home this weekend. In the early ’90s, Beel travelled to Italy on a full scholarship to the Studio Art Centers International in Florence. After earning his MFA from Bowling Green State University, he returned to Florence to paint and teach. Since then, he has become a dual citizen on both the U.S. and Italy. He currently lives in Germany’s Pfaelzer wine region. Beel’s portraits have won numerous awards. He returns to Northeast Ohio for a special 2-day painting workshop that takes place today and tomorrow at BAYarts. The workshop is $200.
