A small-town girl steps off the train in New York City with dreams of starring on Broadway, and when the lead breaks her ankle before opening night, she gets her shot. That's the plot summary of 42nd Street, the Cleveland Metropolitan School District's 20th annual All-City Musical, which comes to the Ohio Theatre tonight at 7:30.
