Every Man for Himself (Sauve Qui Peut - La Vie)
Director Jean-Luc Godard's return to mainstream movies (from 1980) is about a filmmaker, his ex-girlfriend, and a hooker. Seeing that the main character's name is Godard, we're gonna go out on a limb and say it may be a tad autobiographical.
